Descending music video!

The music video for Descending is out!
It's actually more of a picture video . . .
It's still pretty cool, though. Basically, somebody is out at sea on a stormy night and their ship sinks and years later, their ship is found at the bottom of the ocean. The pictures are of actual sunken ships, so that is really cool also.

Bubbles Music Video!

The music video for Bubbles is out!
It's a pretty simple music video. It's just a whale underwater. I got to show off my editing skills . . . which I don't have. However, the music video turned out alright. So, go ahead and watch it. It stars a sad and lonely whale who would feel less sad and lonely if you watched and liked the video.

Track 06--Silver Lightning Linings

This is a really cool song on the album because almost all of the notes on the piano were sharp notes, and you don't hear that very often. I also added in some ukulele, and it's a pretty soft song, so put on your headphones so you can actually hear it.

Track 05--Descending

This is actually a boring song. It was not fun to play it alone on the piano, but I needed it on the album. So, I added a guitar, some electric guitar, some other piano parts, some drums, and a whole bunch of effects, adjusted the pan so that if you listen to it with your headphones on it sounds really cool, and then I did some more editing, and then I was left with a song that I think is worth listening to.

Track 04--Cave Sounds

I almost ruined the album with this song.
When I first was uploading it to distribute it, I didn't realize I had the wrong audio file, so it was only the violin part for that song that got uploaded, and then it was being sent to iTunes. I was panicking and after two days, I got things straightened out and was able to upload the right audio file.
Aside from almost ruining my life with that one little error, it's a pretty cool song. It's the only song the album that features a mandolin, it has some piano, violin, drums, and it's also the only song that features "vocals."

Track 03--Bubbles

Bubbles is a very fast song, and it took a few tries to get the piano right in the studio because there were a lot of difficult chord progressions with very small rests in between. It was very frustrating to record, so I put this song off for as long as I possibly could and got it done on the very last day of recording.

Track 02--Echoes from the Attic

Echoes from the Attic is a very simple song that I wrote. The chord progression is simple, but it's interesting. It's an easy song to learn, so I might put a tutorial up soon. I put in just a hint of a guitar and a very quiet organ. In the second half of the song, you'll hear some violin, and I'll just wait and see if you guys can pick out any other instruments.
